Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Once the guest's reservation is received, Candó Living will send a payment link, via email, with the corresponding amount to proceed with the payment and the final confirmation of the stay. If 24 hours before check-in, the reservation has not been paid, Candó reserves the right to release the room. If the credit card details provided by the client are invalid or incomplete, Candó reserves the right not to reserve the room. If the client does not respond to the payment messages for their reservation, once the grace period for cancellation has elapsed, Candó will proceed to release the room.
