The hotel is centrally located and only fifty yards from Playa Carmen in the middle of the natural beauty and excitement of Santa Teresa. We are proud to include in your room rate a full-service Costa Rican-style breakfast that offers a fresh fruit bar (brought daily from the country's central mountains) and a breakfast plate served to your table with eggs prepared to order, Gallo Pinto (rice and beans), fresh white cheese and exquisite breads. In the room you will find high quality cotton sheets and duvets, oversized pillows, top quality towels and toiletries. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel Santa Teresa by the Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the reception is closed from 22:00 until 07:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to arrange check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that check-in & check-out after hours has an extra fee. To verify credit card, a precharge for 1 USD may be done. Rates are based on double occupancy. Children under the age of 10 stay for free. (Max. 2 children per room). Breakfast for children between the ages of 5 and 10 has a price of 6 USD.
