Please note property parking lot is free to use, but is outside the property. Parking is available outside the property in the street. The establishment may charge 50% of the total amount of the pricae of the reservation or a maximum of USD 150 at any time after booking. The total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. Renovation work is taking place from 06:00 to 17:00, except from December 20, 2024 through January 5, 2025. Some units may be affected by noise on the outside area. Please note that renovation work is taking place at the property, also there will be construction work nearby the property starting on the january 6, 2025 until further notice
