There are many different embassies located in San José, Costa Rica’s capital city. In case you are a crime victim or you need help during your stay in the country, you may find protection and help in your country’s embassy. There, if someone stole your passport, they can give you a new one, help you if you have been arrested or give you more information on medical health care in case of accident or illness.
