Playa Llorona is in the Puntarenas province, in the Osa Canton, and is part of the incredible Corcovado National Park. This beach is not only about excellent tropical beaches, but it is also an ideal place for those enthusiastic about hiking and nature.

This is an almost unspoilt beach guarded by thick tropical forests neighbor to the northwest with Punta Llorona and to the southwest with the estuary of the Corcovado river. This river forms wonderful waterfalls in its mouth, which will allow you to admire a splendid landscape. In addition, in the estuaries of the Llorona, Corcovado and Sirena rivers, numerous mangroves are formed.
On the other hand, Llorona Beach is only one single coastline together with Colorado Beach and Sirena Beach, which are separated by the Corcovado and the Sirena rivers.
