Playa Langosta (Langosta Beach) is the perfect place for surfers; it is internationally known for its waves and its crystal-clear waters, which come from Tamarindo Bay. The latter houses one of the most impressive ecosystems in Guanacaste: Las Baulas Marine National Park, which makes it the ecological model of the area. There, you can practice water sports like kayak, snorkel or diving, but surf is the king sport.

Playa Langosta is located in Las Baulas Marine National Park, and it is only accessible by daytime to preserve the marine species that live there.

The beach is in excellent conditions of preservation, and one of its main features is its position: it is located near Playa Tamarindo Beach, one of the most tourist areas.
